raining

It is raining now. The sounds of the rain drops are soothing. Actually, i like to look at the rain drops.

However, can my mind stay focus?

Can I stay calm?

Can I be more hardworking?

Can I clear all the unnecessary things in my brain?

Can I let go those negative feelings in my heart?

Can I stay firm?

Can I finish do things that i should?

Can I stop day dreaming?

Can I be brave to face the problems and not being an ostrich?

Can I be responsible to myself?

There are still many questions that i keep on reminding and questioning myself. The ultimate answer for all the questions is I HAVE TO & I MUST.

Never allow yourself to be shaken by any storm or upheaval in your life but stand as firm in your convictions as a huge old pine rooted in the mountainside. I shall be focus and firm to move on.

Mandarin & English

Recently, i found out my mastering of Mandarin is getting worst as i seldom read Chinese books and write in Chinese nowadays. In university life, all books and important information are in English. So, I used English most of the time but i still think that i can't express my thought thoroughly through English. Chinese will be the best language for me to express myself as I received chinese education since i was small. In order to improve or maintain my Chinese language proficiency, i will start off reading books in the language but not forgetting reading English materials as they are both important to me. One language is my mother tongue whereas another language is important for communication globally. When i have to format my laptop next time, i will surely ask the person to upload the Chinese star software for me since i does not have any idea about it.

86 days!!!

When i was studying just now, suddenly, i remember to count how many days are going to left before my first paper. It is 86 days. The exam is extremely important to me. Though it will be 4 subjects, the things that we will be examined are wide. Things that i had learned for nearly a year will come out in 3 hours per subject. I can't fail as i don't want to re-sit any paper and i can't afford to fail. Frankly, i does not have confident for this coming exam. Yesterday, i dreamt of a horrible story. I dreamt that my hair was full of a type of unknown insects. The insects were very weird. They will not die though i squeezed hard on them. They will be stagnant when they were being stored in a certain temperature. The dream was so real until i pulled my hair in reality and woke me up. Is it because i am worrying about my coming exam? I had never experience anxiety like this time as i always think that if i have do my best in exam, i will accept whatever results i had. My classmate, Xuan also being worried about the exam, had an insomnia yesterday night as she did not been through these situation before. I think both of us think too much. So, we sms-ed just now and we promise that if we get through this coming exam, we will never skip class for the coming semester. Hopefully, we can fulfill this promise = we successfully get through the exam!!!

An Inconvenient Truth

When i was told by my lecturer for the moral education that he will put on a show for us to watch today, i didn't put much expectation about that. I thought he will put on those shows that are boring. When i saw the title on the screen, i suddenly wake up and my eyes opened widely. It is the documentary that i longed to watch- An Inconvenient Truth by former Vice President of US- Mr Al Gore. The documentary aims to educate the public about global warming which will affect everyone of us no matter where we are. The documentary really gives a great impact on me. Everyone of us should play our roles in protecting and nurturing the precious earth. I knew some of the develop countries such as Japan, France, Australia, UK, , etc are doing great jobs in recycling the used items. However, in my country, Malaysia, the recycling matter is not on the priority list on the people's mind. I knew when there is a problem where the people are finding life difficult, they can't even bother this issue but do consider that without the earth, how can we, the human beings stay alive? We need to change gradually in our habits by preserving the earth such as switch off the lights when they are not in use, recycle the used items and the lists go on.

If anyone who are interested about the environmental issue, i strongly recommend that you shall have a look about the documentary. For those who want to watch about the issue of global warming in cantonese, you may watch " Bing Tian Dong Di" produced by TVB.

It has been such a long time that i did not updated my blog. Frankly, i am not in a mood to blog and i have nothing to blog since life is mundane. Assignments are in piles and i just wish that i had a magic wand. Just "deng", all my assignments will be done( i am just being too imaginative). No miracle will happen if i don't study hard and smart. Okay! that's all for today and it is already 1.15am here. Time to bed. Good night everyone and sweet dreams:)
