Odaiba (お台場)

Panasonic Centre is a showroom for the latest products & technologies by the Matsushida Group of which Panasonic is part of it.

Buildings in Odaiba. Odaiba is an artificial island in Tokyo Bay. It was initially built for defence purposes but gradually, it has become a seaport, commercial & leisure area. I read some travelling books before & it is known as futuristic island.

mE ( behind me is Tokyo Big Sight which is also known as Tokyo International Exhibition Center. it is the largest exhibition & convention center in Japan.)

Can you notice the wind is blowing hard?

I purposely took this photo. The flag of Malaysia is there!

Tokyo is busy applying to become host of Olympic 2016

Telecom Centre

Ferris wheel, 115 m (height), the light will keep on changing...

Tokyo Bay

Palette town is a one of the shopping complexes in Odaiba but the design of the mall is unique to me especially Venus Fort! Megaweb, exhibition hall of car maker, Toyota is located beside the mall. Due to lack of time, i just pass by & have a look from outside. When i think back, it is such a waste!

The well-known rainbow bridge which is completed in 1993. The bridge is really special in a way. Besides it is provided for cars & train to pass through, the bridge has walkways for us to walk along the whole bridge.

Rainbow bridge with statute of the liberty?

Yeap! don't be surprised to see this statute. It is a replica of the statute of liberty in Japan!
Aqua City, Odaiba

A christmas tree hanging full with wishes cards.

Dinner time. It is a chain restaurant. The food is nice & the price is reasonable in Japan.
